1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pakt mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Pakt.

2. Description of Service

Pakt is a social accountability application that allows users to create and join time-limited habit challenges with friends. Participants submit daily proof of activity, and those who fail to complete their daily task may face social penalties agreed upon by the group.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pakt. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Content and Conduct

By submitting content (photos, videos, voice recordings) through Pakt, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to members of your pact.

You agree NOT to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, or harassing.
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Targets individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Constitutes spam or commercial solicitation.

6. Penalties and Social Features

Pakt facilitates social accountability through agreed-upon penalties between pact members. We are not responsible for the content of elimination messages or penalty types set by pact creators. All penalty content is the sole responsibility of the user who created it.

Pakt does not facilitate real-money wagering. All penalty mechanisms are social in nature.

7. Pakt+ Premium Subscription

Pakt offers a premium subscription called "Pakt+" which unlocks additional features including unlimited active pacts, extended pact history, and exclusive share card themes.

Subscription options and prices:

• Pakt+ Monthly — $2.99 per month
• Pakt+ Yearly — $19.99 per year

Auto-Renewal & Billing:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Pakt+ subscription.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pakt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pakt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Pakt after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Koşulların Kabulü

Pakt uygulamasını indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Hizmetin Tanımı

Pakt, kullanıcıların arkadaşlarıyla süreli alışkanlık challenge'ları oluşturmasına ve katılmasına olanak tanıyan bir sosyal sorumluluk uygulamasıdır. Katılımcılar günlük aktivite kanıtı gönderir; günlük görevini tamamlamayanlar grup tarafından önceden belirlenen sosyal cezalarla karşılaşabilir.

3. Yaş Şartı

Pakt'ı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir.

4. Kullanıcı İçeriği

Pakt aracılığıyla içerik (fotoğraf, video, ses kaydı) göndererek, bu içeriği pakt üyelerinize göstermemiz için bize sınırlı bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.

Aşağıdaki içerikleri göndermemeyi kabul edersiniz:

• Yasadışı, zararlı veya taciz içeren içerikler.
• Müstehcen, cinsel veya şiddet içeren içerikler.
• Irk, etnisite, din, cinsiyet veya cinsel yönelim temelinde bireyleri hedef alan içerikler.

5. Cezalar ve Sosyal Özellikler

Pakt, pakt üyeleri arasında kararlaştırılan sosyal cezalar aracılığıyla hesap verebilirliği kolaylaştırır. Elenme mesajları ve ceza türlerinin içeriğinden sorumlu değiliz; tüm ceza içerikleri tamamen oluşturan kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.

Pakt, gerçek parayla bahis oynama imkânı sunmaz. Tüm ceza mekanizmaları sosyal niteliktedir.

6. Pakt+ Premium Abonelik

Pakt, "Pakt+" adlı bir premium abonelik sunar. Bu abonelik; sınırsız aktif pakt, genişletilmiş pakt geçmişi ve özel paylaşım kartı temaları gibi ek özellikler içerir.

Abonelik seçenekleri ve fiyatlar:

• Pakt+ Aylık — Ayda $2,99
• Pakt+ Yıllık — Yılda $19,99

Otomatik Yenileme ve Ücretlendirme:

• Satın alma onaylanınca ücret Apple ID hesabınıza yansıtılır.
• Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmazsa abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden 24 saat önce seçilen plan fiyatı üzerinden Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
• Satın almanın ardından Apple Kimliği Hesap Ayarları'ndan aboneliğinizi yönetebilir ve otomatik yenilemeyi istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
• Sunulması hâlinde deneme süresinin kullanılmamış kısmı, Pakt+ aboneliği satın alındığında geçersiz sayılır.

7. Hesap Silme

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama ayarlarından silebilirsiniz.
